Nautifi is a division of IMS, LLC. Our staff is comprised of a professional team of web developers, graphics designers, marketers, optimizers, and analysts. We have local operations in Florida along with strategic partnerships within the US. Our established team has many years of experience in the technology field as well as the boating industry. Nautifi was created to help bring transparency within the boating industry.
Mark has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and was a senior software engineer in the aerospace industry for 12 years. His background experience includes working for NASA, the USAF, and a Department Chair and College Instructor of Computer Science. He has been a software consultant and a businesses owner for over 20 years.
Mark completed his seamanship training at Chapman in Stuart, FL. He has traveled around the world multiple times and leads a very active life. Mark is also a licensed pilot, accomplished musician and published writer. Some of his other accomplishments include five TV and movie credits in the US and Europe, including appearing on the popular show "Mythbusters" on The Discovery Channel.
Mark is a part-time liveaboard boater in Florida and has owned 40' to 50' monohaul and catamaran boats. He spends most of his time boating in the Florida Keys.
Mark was inspired to start Nautifi in 2018 when he saw the lack of protection for boat buyers and a need for transparency within the boating industry. He is committed to helping the boating industry and hopes you'll find Nautifi helpful.
